Ingredients
Wheat flour - 2 cup.




Baby Banana - 3nos.
Baking soda- 2pinch.
Jaggery melted - as needed(melt jaggery with 1 ½ cup water, allow it to cool)
Cardamom powder - ½ tbsp.

Method

Grind banana with melted jaggery in a mixie.

In a mixing bowl mix cardamom powder, baking powder, wheat flour, salt with banana-jaggery mixture. Mix should not be too thick. Add more water if required. Let it rest for 4 hours to ferment.

Heat oil in a pan. Turn heat to medium. Make small balls out of the mixture and fry it in the oil until it turns golden brown turning once or twice in between. Move to a serving bowl and Enjoy!!!
